Overdrive lighting products are developed to meet stringent quality norms set by our customers and the regulatory authorities. They are designed for optimum operational life-cycle that is the projected time period during which the product should function without fail, if used properly. Consequently, we have instituted quality control measures during product development and manufacturing stage. Our Quality Control and Standards department takes care of the following-
- Electronic Component Management – Component availability verification, sourcing from reputable vendors and following procurement rules and guidelines
- Data Management – Accurate coordination of component packages with board layout footprints and the BOM.
- Process Management – specifications and limitations on errors that are acceptable for LED Lamps and fixtures manufacturing based upon how long the board should reliably function. Important standards for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies are strictly followed.
As a result, Overdrive has acquired the following certifications and listings for Indian and North American markets-
